Anna Katrina Dumilon Nadal (born
September 16, 1980),
more commonly known as Kitchie Nadal, is a singer and songwriter from
Manila,
Philippines, formerly the lead vocalist for the alternative rock band,
Mojofly. |

Kitchie's popularity in the female
OPM niche grew after she released a self-titled solo album featuring her
chart-topping single, Huwag na Huwag Mong Sasabihin. The album has since
achieved double platinum status (over 80,000 copies sold). In support of the
Millennium Campaign, Kitchie Nadal and 26 other Filipino artists contributed to
the album entitled Tayo Tayo Rin Sa 2015 - Sing the Songs. Find your Voice.
Change the World. It's your Choice, released by the
United Nations (in the Philippines). While currently touring and preparing
for her next album, Kitchie also completed a double degree major in Education
and Psychology at
De La Salle University-Manila.
The enchanting voice of Kitchie Nadal who interpreted an original “Iniibig
Kita,” has been included in
ABS-CBN's first tele-epiko entitled,
Rounin.
March 2008 Kitchie released her much awaited 2nd album "LOVE LETTER" with 17
all original tracks. Her latest single Highway which was used for Caltex is now
being aired on the radio. A video of this song will air soon.
She is now the latest endorser of a multinational gas company 'Caltex'.
Kitchie appeared in the latest Caltex commercial along with other international
musicians. The latest commercial was shot at South Africa and is now being aired
on different countries.

Curiosidades sobre el

¿Por qué se usa precisamente
esa anchura? Porque así es como se hace en Gran Bretaña, y las primeras
vías americanas fueron construidas por ingleses (como en muchos otros
lugares del mundo).
¿Por qué los ingleses usaban ese ancho? Porque los primeros
ferrocarriles fueron construidos por las mismas personas que habían
construido los antiguos tranvías y esta es la anchura que usaban.
¿Y por que ellos usaban tal cifra? Porque para hacer las vías de los
tranvías utilizaban las mismas plantillas y herramientas que se usaban
para construir carruajes, que usaban ese espacio entre ruedas.
¿Y por qué los carruajes usaban esa extraña cifra de espacio entre
ruedas? Porque si hubiesen usado otra cualquiera se hubiesen roto en
algún viejo camino inglés, ya que esa es la distancia entre las huellas
dejadas por las ruedas de un carro llamadas Roderas.
¿Y Quién construyo esos viejos caminos con roderas con esas medidas? Las
primeras carreteras de larga distancia en Europa (e Inglaterra) fueron
construidas por los romanos para sus legiones y han sido usadas desde
entonces en las regiones del antiguo Imperio.
¿Y las roderas en esos caminos? Los carros de guerra de las legiones
romanas formaron las roderas iniciales, que cualesquiera otros tenían
que imitar por miedo a destruir las ruedas de sus carruajes. Ya que los
carros fueron hechos para (o por) el Imperio Romano, eran todos iguales
en cuanto a espacio entre ruedas.
El ancho de vía estándar de 4 pies y 8.5 pulgadas y deriva de las
especificaciones originales para un carro de guerra romano. Esa medida
es la que corresponde al ancho de dos caballos.
